White tequilaIn Mexico it is very common to find in almost all celebration or festivals a
bottle of Tequila, since she is one of drinks characteristic of this region of
the world, but not only for that reason, if not that is due to its matchless
flavor.
The white Tequila is one of the varieties of the Tequila, which is obtained
immediately after the distillation, this tequila is not let mature, thus is a
purer tequila and of flavor more hard, reason why it gets used to only taking

considered purest of the tequilas.
According to Mexican Oficial Norma (NOM):
“Product fit with dilution water to its commercial graduation”

diluted to arrive at a smaller graduation.
